As the Philo Trust prepares to enter a new and exciting level of ministry, we are looking to strengthen and expand our internal support base in Chorleywood. This hands-on role incorporates the overseeing and co-ordination of all the ministry of the Philo Trust and J.John, from the initial point of contact exploring Mission invitations through to managing and overseeing each live event. This role also includes meeting leaders to motivate and encourage them for Mission. The successful applicant will be involved in setting up and working alongside local organisers to ensure events and Missions are effective and fruitful.
The successful postholder will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. He/she will have the ability to cope with a varied and demanding workload with extensive travel across the UK, both acting as the main contact point between J.John and the Mission organisers as well as representing J.John to Church Leaders.
